Return Shipping

  • The product must be securely packed and shipped to our store address provided by our customer support team.

  • Mahi Global is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the order and payment method used.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale events (unless defective).

  • Items returned without original tags or packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
